EntreChem has signed an agreement with the “Sociedad Regional de Promoción” of the Principality of Asturias for a special loan (a “participative loan”) to finance start-up activities of EntreChem. This “participative loan” has an interest rate determined by company profits and its callability is subordinated to the other common creditors.
This financing instrument is ideal for new productive investments, and results in advantageous conditions not found elsewhere by entrepenurial companies, especially those involved in commercialization of technology innovations.
SRP is the “Sociedad Regional de Promoción”. Its goal is investment promotion in the Principality of Asturias. It offers financial aid by taking a minority stake in exchange of capital and/or offering “participative loans”. SRP works together with the promoters from the constitution stage of the company all the way until the consolidation of the new business. SRP counts on more than 10 years of experience and has participated in more than 100 businesses, mostly of new creation. For more info visit www.srp.es
